Arizona Foreclosure Listings
Arizona is a state that is lost in the reality of the old west. It is a place where the charm of the gunfighters from the old west live side by side with modern architecture. It is a place where you can find the Grand Canyon to the north and Monument valley to the south and worlds largest Cacti, the Saguaro. The area is warm and unusually dry and one of the top trouble spots in foreclosures in the country. If you have disposable cash and are looking for a place to buy, Arizona may well be a great place to consider.
Some of the advantages to living in the state are the abundance of wide-open spaces and lots of things to do. While the price of housing here has dropped to all time lows in most areas you will find that some of the larger cities are still overpriced and a lot of the housing is still being offered for sale at more than it is going to bring. If you are looking for a place to settle down, there is little here in the way of income production so you might wish to think about a job before you consider purchasing.
Phoenix, Tucson and Mesa are the three largest cities in the state and they are actually quite crowded and spread out over a large physical area since the cities built out rather than building up. Most of the actual jobs in this state are centered on the agriculture area although a strong number of jobs exist in government and in the tourism industry as well.
Foreclosure laws in Arizona allow for basically only the non-judicial method and with very rare exception, the judicial method of foreclosing and you can expect that it will take approximately ninety days for the foreclosure to finalize from the time it is actually initialized.
The sales of the Arizona foreclosure listing will be held at the doors of the courthouse in the particular judicial district where the property is located. The person that is actually making the purchase has until 5:00 PM local time the following day to make the payment in full in cash. If that is not done the sale will continue to the next highest bidder or may be restarted from scratch.
